Your voice

While you sing, the app streams your microphone over your Wi-Fi to the TV in the room, which plays it and keeps nothing. Your voice never goes to the internet or to us. The microphone runs only while it's your song.

On your phone

The app keeps a random key, so the TV knows you when you reconnect, and the name you choose. Both stay on your phone until you delete the app.

On the TV

The TV keeps the party: names, the queue and those random keys. Phones in the same party see the names and the queue. The TV saves the party so it can come back if the TV app restarts, and starts a new one after an hour or when the host ends it. None of it leaves your network.

This website

The code on the TV links here. The link includes the party's address on your network and its join code; this site doesn't log them, sets no cookies and runs no scripts. Cloudflare serves it.

Beta testing

If you test through TestFlight, Apple shares crash reports and any feedback you send with the developer, as Apple describes in TestFlight.
